The only way to get rid of what we've got now. A vote for anyone but Romney means a vote for Obama.

It's all republicans fault that all we have to vote for is Robama or Obamney. Republicans need to take a good look in the mirror and criticize their own party and candidates instead of the "other side". Only then can the republican party outgrow the death spiral it is in now and begin to improve itself. Hopefully other true "conservatives" will wake up.

"Ignorance", I think you are wrong per-say... When you consider the deep dive vetting each Republican POTUS candidate has now publically gone through, what you see is what you get...pretty thourough. Compare that to the vetting Obama got in 2008, and there is a vast difference. We had no idea who & what Obama was. Where as today, we definately know who & what Romney brings to the table. You might not like Romney, but you definately know who he is.

Neighbor, I can't say that I am shocked about how any candidate "turned out to be." Between their prior history, and their responses in the canned debates, it's no surprise. Are you surprised? I'd say if you were surprised, you just didn't read up on the candidates. Romney hasn't changed much in the last 4 years since the '08 election and I haven't learned much more about him, especially nothing surprising. I knew what Obama was about and foresaw most of his policies/stances. I'd say the most surprised I've been has been by Obama continuing a lot of W's policies in Iraq and Afghanistan, and even going beyond in some instances. And if you think the current crop of Republican candidates were the ones that made it through "vetting", then THAT is surprising and disappointing.

If Ron Paul had a chance to get rid of either of these candidates that is who I still would vote for, but cannot stand this President or our Congress!!

A better question is: Will New Lenox rise up and
reject the imposition of a black panther thug on us as congressman? Regardless of party? How is this man supposed to repesent our interests? Does
he even know where New Lenox is? Does he intend
to visit and let us ask him that question?
