Do I remember correctly that republics changed legislation to allow a sitting president to allow a sitting president to be investigated and prosecuted for a civil offense, then immediately changed the law back after they impeached him? Wasn't Ken Starr given an UNLIMITED budget, first to investigate Whitewater, then to investigate anything Bill Clinton could have possibly done wrong at anytime during his life?
