March Terre Haute, IN	Reply » \| Report Abuse \| Judge it! \| #4 Jun 27, 2012 Its not going to change. Organizations like MADD have changed the landscape, making drinkers into child killers. Alcohol still flows wildly amongst the 18 year old crowd as much as ever, weve just told them its a no no.
