And keeping the age at 21, is not taking any "rites" away, as Ed said. There is no right that says you can go get drunk.

There have been plenty of 18 year old men, and women that have paid the ultimate Sacrifice for our freedoms, let them have the freedom to drink alcoholic beverages if they choose too!
