Drinking Age Debate - Hyattsville, MD

Alcohol is important enough to social life in this country that it's absurd to attempt to cut people off from it, especially since most people over 18 can acquire it anyway. In effect, it's not an alcohol ban; it just keeps people between 18 and 21 drinking cheap, disgusting vodka or beer in a dorm or at parties, instead of being able to go to bars, or at least learn to drink properly.

21 would be a way better choice unless you want a bunch of retarded kids running around drunk and screwing things up, and alchahol wouldnt be something better for these kids, if we are debating lowing the age for alchahol use, why not just legalize marijuana instead, have you ever heard of people getting violent and crazy on pot, not me. thats my answer.
