That is correct, however, an 18 year old driver is dangerous enough on the road, this is why his insurance rates are so high. Add beer to this equation and you not only make him more of a danger to his own life, you make him a danger to everybody else.
By the way, you are in what branch of the military?
Derp. So are phones. Govmint ain't stopping teens from gettin' cellies.

Derp Derp. AGE 21 = COMMUNISM. Stop dictating who the beer companies can sell to. AGE 18 = REAL AMERICA & CAPITALISM!

It doesnt really matter if you change the drinking age or keep it the same 18 year olds are drinking and buying it anyway. I bought my first beer at the age of 16.

Daily Horoscope for June 4

Sagittarius

Relationships have been going through through testing times since the Solar Eclipse at last month's New Moon in Gemini on May 20. Events may force you to reevaluate the state of a partnership. You may even decide that you need to make some major adjustments if things are to carry on as you would like. During the coming fortnight leading up to the rare second New Moon in Gemini, this may feel like a crisis, but that doesn't mean you should abandon all hope or throw out the baby with the bathwater.
