Drinking Age Debate - Clairton, PA

When your 18 your grown enough to make your own decisions and most people 18 to 20 drink anyways and they arent gonna stop. By allowing this there will b less court dates for underage drinking.

21 legal limit is fine. If you are going to drink dont get caught its as simple as that. Folks above 21 arent responsible drinkers what makes you think 18 year olds will be if it was legal.

How true this is I think adults are sometimes worse than the kids 18 and under. We were all 18 at one time & we drank also but not like these kids today they are drinking & driving & drugs at the same time. We did not have cars to drive around in we did this at a friends house or your own when your parents were out that night. We all learn by our mistakes, I just hope these kids today will think before they get behind the wheel.

Fine. Then raise the age for stupid worthless military service to 21, or better yet, abolish the baby-killers.

Just lower the drinking age to 18.
It makes no sense that at 18 you are held accountable for your actions as an adult, you can purchase a home hell you can even own a BAR!
At 18 you can get married without your parents permission. You can serve your country but you can't legally have a beer?
This debate is not about protecting the population! Do you really think that DUI check points are there to protect us from drunk drivers? They are there to produce revenue! If our government wanted to protect us they would ban cell phone use of any kind while driving! If they really were concerned for our safety while on the roads they would abolish liqour licenses at bars & resturaunts.
It's all a ruse to produce revenues!

Even at 21 they are not responsible
Get out of college, get a home or apartment, a job, get responsibility.
