Marriage was instituted by God. God made marriage to be between one man and one woman. Homosexuality (now called "gay") is also against God's perfect order for mankind. When people do things contrary to God's will/laws only negativity will result.

This will be great if we ever become a theocracy... like the taliban..... but until then,
tell me why, leaving your theololgical beliefs out of it as it has nothing to do with the law, two U.S. CITIZENS who have been together for 5 years and who happen to be a ssc, should have less rights and legal standing than a couple married 5 minutes....
