what many people fail to realize is that after 3 1/2 years of intense investigation by local florida law enforcement, florida state law enforcement, florida metro bureau task force, the fbi, and the united states secret service -- the prosecution was unable to develop evidence that casey marie anthony applied duct tape on her daughters face.

"so why was it there?", you might ask.

to understand that, we might need to ask the real person who put it there.

the person who left their dna on a piece of tape.

the person who left a strand of caucasian hair on the remains.

what most people also fail to realize is that most of the fbi experts were called by the defense -- not the state.

the reason for that is......because their evidence ruled out casey anthony.

if the fbi's evidence included casey anthony -- they would have been called by the prosecution.

the media.......and ONLY the media.....found casey anthony guilty.

add casey to the high profile list of the wrongly accused and persecuted in the media -- joining the ranks of such targets as richard jewel and john & patsy ramsey.

oh....and recently released after 18 yrs in prison, the west memphis three.

why would george or anyone else kill the kid? it was Casey who did searches months in advance to explore watys of killing the kid and maybe her parents too. I do belive the judge made reference to that at some time during the trial jury not present ofcourse.

silly argument to imply any one other than casey did this crime. too bad the jury made the lazt quick decision they did. they simply did not understand the instructions and the fear that their guilt verdict would sent casey to the death chamber amde them just blow it off and go home.

no worries karma has its way of working everything out and no one on this earth has to do anything to her. she will do it to herself

there is degraded dna on the duct tape that you call the murder weapon.

the fbi and dr. rick eikelenboom says it is degraded due to time, elements and harsh conditions -- having been under water and in the florida heat.

the fbi also says it does not belong to casey.

applying 5th grade logic here, if it isn't casey's dna on the murder weapon -- casey isn't the murderer.

baez's book will hit shelves in about three weeks.

just wait until you hear what didn't come in at trial.
