There's not a doubt in my mind that she's guilty. C'mon! She shows no emotion!

Just because she doesn't show emotion, doesn't make her guilty. The prosecution hasn't proven a thing, not saying she is innocent or anything though. I don't know, that is for the jury to decide.

After watching 31 days of testimony, not to mention all the lies that she told in the beginning, I can't believe she DIDN'T do it. She may not have been alone, but she did have something to do with it. Why all the lies... also, check out the blog... good info... http://www.getyourdose.blogspot.com

ARE U PEOPLE CRAZY? This women partied for months while her baby girl was dead in the woods like a discarded animal. No matter what the other facts are u have to remenber this part. A mother is a mother & they will fight for dear life for their child. This women did nothing to help find her baby! None of this other stuff matters. She is a great liar. She is thoughtless. This women made up the babysitter, what is her reason for that, if its about finding ur child. If u were innocent u would do everything u could to find ur child! Nothing u can say will ever change my mind. She needs to be put to sleep THE END!

Cindy may get to join her daughter for perjury. The defense got her work records and I betcha tomorrow they are going to show that Cindy was at work when the searches were done at home. If that happens, her ENTIRE testimony will be thrown out. Sounds like she may have put the last nail in Casey's coffin. I bet Cindy doesn't sleep a wink tonight. lol

Today's testimony was interesting. I think since the defense didn't put her on the stand they feel they have cast their shadow of doubt. If they felt they needed to swing for the stands because they had nothing to loose she wouldve been put on the stand to testify. The defense at this point feels as though they have done enough to at least put doubt in jurors minds(especially being a death penalty case). My personal opinion is she knows what happened....is she telling the truth? A resounding NO. Was she involved in the disposal of her daughter? Most definitely. The problem will be proving beyond a shadow of doubt that the woman murdered her daughter and persuading a jury to know that the shadow of doubt is not present. I just don't think the prosecution has done this. They dropped the ball on the post mortem, they have not made any great effort to disprove her story rather they have tried to push to prove their story. They needed to do both and they didn't. Unless the prosecution does something to disprove the grandfathers mistress, prove the autopsy was not a significant game changer, and explain how the person who discovered the remains fits in.....they will loose their case and she could walk.

Prosecution doesn't have to prove their case beyond a shadow of a doubt, just beyond 'reasonable doubt'. Any reasonable person can see her for what she is and knows what she has done. It is all circumstantial, but people have been convicte on much less and tomorrow, Cindy will be shown for what she is too. Caylee came by lying very honestly. I don't think anyone believe the 'mistress'. I don't think a man like George would have touched that nasty woman. She was NASTY! Her story changed when the Enquirer offered her $4,000 for the story and she had to make it juicy. She is a skank. It will be interesting tomorrow to see how Cindy reacts when they prove she committed perjury. Stay tuned!

The girl should walk, and then run away from her crazy family. Her dad didn't molest her any more than you or I did. She will say anything to get her way. If she wanted to convince everyone of her story, she would have testified and she didn't. She is plain evil and hopefull will get what she deserves. They need to feed her to predators just like she did Caylee.

Why didn't the prosecution call into question the mistress character? It really seems like they are not going out of their way to depose the witnesses. I mean if they are gonna make a move they need to do it unless they have a smoking gun somewhere they are keeping in their pocket till right before the jurors are dismissed to deliberate. I don't think there is anyone in america that thinks she is innocent but it just seems the prosecution is really gambling a lot throughout this trial.

I knew she was too chicken-shit to testify! That fact alone proves she's guilty. If a person were innocent of a crime, wouldn't that person do everything in their power to clear their name? An innocent person would TESTIFY... period!

Casey knew that the prosecution would literally tear to shreds, spit her out, and feed her to the dogs. She can't tell the truth anyway, so who would have believed her? As far as the "alleged mistress", I don't think she was George's mistress at all, but a so-called friend that saw a way to make $4,000 from her story so she put a little frosting on the cake. Who would want to read about a 'friend' in the National Enquirer? A mistress sounded so much better and I think she proved exactly what she was on the stand..........ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! She is a skank and I don't think George would have touched that if he was paid and needed the money. I think George has told the truth and has just been at the hands of a malicious wife for way too long. The poor man needs a break and Caylee was the only reason he was even living. I wouldn't put anything past Cindy..........so help me God'. That's what she says before starting her lies just like her daughter. Too bad that they don't have a lie-o-meter that can distinguish the difference between truth and lies and shocks the heck out of them every time they lie. Cindy would be up there jerking around like she was doing the twist or something. lol

Yeah, I know bad things happen to people but honestly we have all had bad stuff happen to us. The difference is there are those who use it as a excuse to self destruct and the rest of us pick up and move on.

Did you see the rebuttal case today? Cindy Anthony is going to be charged with perjury and Casey with first degree murder. Personally, I think that Casey should be thrown in prison for the rest of her life- no death penalty. Even though Cindy lied, I can't help feel sorry for her and George. They loved their granddaughter will all their heart. They love their daughter (Cindy lied for her....of course she loves her). I think that it's sad that the defense is doing anything to turn the attention away from Casey.(E.g.-George Anthony allegedly molesting Casey) Cindy & George Anthony should not be blamed for anything!

guest wrote: <quoted text> the father fed her to animals I don't think the father did anything. He was a cop long enough to know that they would find her body eventually if left out. I'm sure he would have insisted on calling 911 if there was an accident instead of lying and lying and lying like Casey and her mother have. He would have buried her and she would never have been found then. I do not believe he would have the heart to leave her for the animals to eat. Casey is the only one stupid enough to have done something idiotic like that. She thinks she is unsinkable and lives by the theory that what Casey wants, Casey gets........one way or the other. Her mother is as evil as she is and taught her well. The only innocent ones are George and Lee. I don't think they ever had a clue of anything like this. The so-called "mistress" is garbage, it's written all over her. She lied to get the money from the National Enquirer. Her and George just "being friends" wasn't very newsworthy, you think? It had to have a little something else, so she lied. Every letter that George sent to her said nothing about a personal relationship and was always signed George and Cindy. Every one of them. She failed to leave that little detail out of her deposition. No doubrt, whatever the outcome Casey will get an appeal because Baez was most definitely not competent unless they look and see that his partner did have experience and could have and should have advised Baez better. I hope Cindy goes to jail for perjury........."So Help Me God".
