She is guilty. Whether she did it herself, or she actaully died, she was responsible for that child and the child died on her watch. Not to mention she stuffed her in a bag and dumped her in a swam.

If she died in the pool, she should still be guilty for throwing her body into the woods. That is a crime in and of itself.

Jesus would have convicted her if she was guilty, because JESUS has all power. HE KNOWS ALL!amen.

I think there was enough evidence to prove her guilty. I also think Casey's accusation George Anthony molested her should be investigated. If true he should be punished if false she should be. I also think Cindy Anthony should be arrested for perjury. A child is dead and thrown into a swamp and no one has been made responsible.

the prosecution SPECULATED how caylee died -- but made no evidentiary attempt to physically link the SPECULATIVE death weapons TO the defendant.

the defense team presented more circumstantial evidence of guilt than the prosecution did.
