I dont think she was alone in killing her daughter and why do you have to call uhh uhh names? They were just stating their opinion and has every right to.

Hope the truth comes out but its highly unlikely. I dont think anyone in tht family understands what the word truth means. They are all a bunch of liars.

They will find that girl guilty, looks like she has a split personality or somethings wrong with her. who would waite 30 days to report their child missing, most people won't even waite the required 24 hours to call the police, then the wild goose chase looking for the child and all the lies she told the police!

I've followed the case from Point 1 when it was first addressed on Nancy Grace. There is no doubt that her own mother perpatrated this murder. I am shocked and appalled that she was able to do this and stay so calm and unemotional afterward. God help this girl, because He is her only hope.

She murdered her little girl. I've followed the case since it began when the little girl was "only" missing. She lied from the moment, AFTER 31 DAYS, that her mother made her admit the little girl was missing. The death penalty would be too easy on her. She needs to spend her life behind bars, unable to murder anyone for the option of going out partying and buying herself fancy underwear on someone else's checking account. She's a pathetic excuse for a human being and deserves absolutely no sympathy.

I totally agree on the death penalty being an easy way out... but giving her the chance to learn of new things and continue breathing is also letting her off to easy. I'm all about ending their conscious and letting the after life deal with her. Whether it was intentional or not, they should have said something. I love my baby girl and if anyone did something like that to her, I would want to murder them with my own bare hands....

DNA was done on both father and brother, and neither was the father. That molestation crap was one more attempt of hers and her lawyers to muddy the waters. She is trying anything possible to try not to pay for the crime she committed. Lies are all she knows.

I too have followed from the beginning. I don't know that I agree that she killed her daugher intentionally but she knows what happened to her. Too many untruths and she has cost the state of Florida, the tax payers, millions of dollars.

But she has no conscious or guilt, she's a liar! She has no remorse. She is going to party hard... How long before she ends up in Playboy is my next question. I wonder how long before she is in trouble with the law again... Manslaughter is what should have been given which is minimal. Doubt she did it on purpose, but she neglected her child's welfare and her death was the end result.
