12 people heard all the testimony, and they could not convict beyond a reasonable doubt. I do not buy the story about the little girls father. But I buy the story that grandpa has a sexual problem with his own daughter....once an offender usually you will see them offend again. Why was it he was going to commit suicide? Hum...There were to many unanswered questions to convict. I just cannot believe the father of this innocent child was killed in a car accident and had no part in her life....God help us all and may the truth finally be made known. Just my opinion, sure not gospel just my belief why she was found not guilty.

No doubt in my mind either... but I say guilty. There was overwhelming evidence, regardless that it was circumstantial. Thousands of cases put guilty people away with circumstantial evidence, that's why the law allows it. Something in my gut, in the deep area of my soul and subconcious says she's guilty. And even if it *was* an accident (which I do not believe), she is guilty of conspiracy to hide a body from law enforcement, if Caylee really died in the pool. Either way... guilty. And the 12 village idiots from Clearwater can say anything they wish (it's their right)... but it's our right to say we believe the jury had an agenda of their own, as many people involved in this case seemed to have. Wake up and open your eyes to the real world full of immoral, unethical, and unscrupulous people out to make a buck or a name for themselves. If this type of person serves on a jury of our peers, then I have no peers, because I am honest, straight forward and ethical.

Watched the entire trial. Experts had no doubt it was murder, neither do I. You would not put tape on the mouth and nose of a child unless you want her to die. And you would not party the same night as she supposedly drowned.

Who doesn't report their young child missing after a month? And if she wasn't guilty, why would she lie about a nanny? I could keep going.
