Casey is the only person last seen with Caylee. How can the jury not see that. There was no Zenaida Gonzalez. Casey made all that up. Justice was not done for Caylee.

Unfortunately, all the 'evidence' was circumstantial. No cause of death could be established because of the extreme decomposition of the body. True, there was duct tape stuck to her hair, but how can anyone prove how or why it was there? The law states that you cannot find someone guilty of murder with circumstantial evidence unless it is proven beyond a shadow of doubt. Do I believe she was guilty of a crime, most definitely. Do I think she killed the child, who knows?! But, I do believe she knows how, why, and who was involved in the crime and more than likely she was the main person. The jurors could not say definitively that she did commit a murder due to the lack of hard solid proof. Unfortunately, this so called 'mom' got off with a slap on the wrist. I agree that no real mother would go a month and not report her child missing much less go out partying.

Ii have lost faith in the justice system. One Mexican man gets death for killing and the white monster of a woman walks free. No 'justice for all"! How I feel about helpless little Cailee not getting justice is beyond words.

Casey will probably pick up where she left off. She is the only person with caylee. How can she not know. It really makes me mad. What mother does that. Casey was all about her. Now she's going to have lots of money.

Of course she is so evil because any normal person would never be happy after doing what she did. None of us knew Cailee, but she sure was worth more than a million dollar. Better to wait what karma has in store!

Guilty of not reporting the missing child, for lying about everything, and most likely knowing what really happened to the child. Yes, I believe she was directly involved.

justice wrote: it went from the nanny took her to she drowned in the pool. maybe the babysitter took the child swimming? if you remember the testimony from pathologist dr. spitz, you'll remember that he said as part of his autopsy investigation -- he learned from the 'defense team', in 2009 -- that casey had taken caylee to a babysitter. this is crucial for two reasons. 1) as a defense expert -- he is privileged to information the prosecution and law enforcement does not have. 2) the prosecution did not refute his testimony, or motion to strike the statement, forcing the jury to disregard. this leaves the door open for a third party culprit -- who casey sought to protect, for whatever reason. in the absence of a cause of death -- time of death -- place of death -- and the defense expert's unrebutted testimony that caylee was taken to a babysitter -- the jury had no choice BUT to vote not guilty on the death charges. the prosecution didn't prove caylee didn't go to a babysitter -- they only proved caylee didn't go to "zenaida fernandez-gonzalez".

isnt it crazy how people can get away with murder now a days remember back thenwhen people would get elctricuted just on he say she say without having ne type of evidence so if casey didnt murder her then who did and if she drowned in the pool isnt there something that could be done to casey for not reporting it to the authorities
