Casey Anthony Debate - Chapmanville, WV

Nobody would go 31 days without their daughter and not be concerned where she was...she was not concerned because of her actions after Caylee went missing..Casey is just for herself and no one else, just look how she's thrown her whole family under the bus and that stone cold look on her face...she has no soul.

Well, I suppose I should explain... I have followed this case since the little girl went missing. I believe she is probably guilty. However, there is so many crazy lies, dog n pony court drama... if I was a juror... I would be so confused at this point. I believe she is responsible or knows how/what happened to her. However, I could not convict her of murder one. Aggrevated manslater...maybe yes. So if my only option is Murder First Degree, I would vote not guilty

I think she is GUILTY!! She was out partying while Caylee was supposedly missing, well I'm sorry if that was my child missing I would be out doing everything I could trying to find her!! She is such a coward for not taking the stand herself! That is another thing that just makes her look guilty why would she not want to get up there and tell her side but it would probably all be lies just like she has been doing the whole time! I hate that girl and think she should be punished for what she did to that beautiful little girl!

i think she is guilty! i have followed this daily, think it is a shame what she has put her little precious girl and family thru. although i don't think she will get death. i think it will be a lesser charge with maybe 30 or 40 years. when she gets to prison maybe those ole gals in there will give her a little bit of what she did to her baby girl.

Okay, she is definately guilty. I dont believe that she did it on purpose, but I do believe she had something to do with it. I dont believe she deserves the death pentalty mainly because there isnt enough evidence to support that she actually killed her, herself. I dont believe that George or Roy has anything to do with the murder of Caylee. You all may agree or disagree, but that's my opinion. I do hope she gets jail time, though. Any thoughts on this ?

I think that she is most definately guilty. I agree you do not party while your child is missing, you do not get a tattoo that says beautiful life. And if my little girl was to drown in a pool, my first instinct would not be to put duck tape of her mouth and throw her in my trunk. Now come on people the woman is obviously nuts. And even so if she didn't kill her, if the little girl drown in a pool...where was the mother? That's child neglect right there.

Guilty...Now Casey will get out scott free and be very rich. She will write books and sell copywrites for a movie. What ashame! All I can say, her lawyer's convinced the jurors of her innocentense, so Casey and her Lawyer sounds like they belong together. He (lawyer) will never have to work again, he's set for life. But, it's still wrong and how Casey can lay her head down at night and sleep is beyond me. No, guess nothing out of her would surprise me. This is heart sickening. She and her parents should have child endangerment charges placed on them at least. They all knew she was "missing" and did not immediately report it to the police. God Bless the poor child, at least she is where she will be loved and taken care of now, her family here on Earth sure did a horrible job.
