2ND degree murder, i wouldn't give death,because of the parents, i think that would send them over the edge, so i would give her life in prison.

if i was her i would lay low. she maybe the most hated person in the usa right now, but in time people will forget about her if she will let them she loves attention & will do anything to get it.sure wouldn't want her for a babysitter u might come home & she would tell u the nanny picked up your kids, but i forgot she is the nanny.

guilty of both she knew her daughter was dead because she killed her & she hide the body herself she had a melt down in jail when they announced they had found a childs body in the swamp & that was before they the police knew it was caylee. casey knew it was caylee because she put her there the melt down tells it all & then letting her parents go on believing for 6 months that caylee was alive. it takes a heartless person to do that. the only person casey cares about is casey & only casey & to Hell with everyone else parents,daughter, brother & grandparents,aunts, uncles.there is a hugh hole in all their lives because of casey.

Casey is not the only mom who killed her child. The only reason we knew about it because the news was on it constancly. What about the Paterson guy who killed his wife who was 8 months preggy? The media didn't him as much news coverage.
YES, Casey knew what happen to Cayee, but the only thing they couldn't find was the CAUSE of death, that's why the murderer is set free.

I watched the scott peterson trial they didn't know the cause of death for lacy or baby conner. it did come out that he did have an affair, & he told amber his wife was dead months before she did die so he is now on death row where he should be, but i think they had more on casey with all her lies & she is going to be free & wanting to have more childern i think she wrote that in one of her jail house letters.

she is EVIL & SHE CAN'T HIDE IT.
