First and foremost, the reason I believe he is unqualified is because he has never held a public office. He's a business man, and that hardly qualifies a person to handle national security, international delegates and leaders, senate leaders and congressional politics. Look at he's handling these accusations against him. That should give you a pretty good idea how he will handle the presidency. Obama at least had experience in community work and a little time in the Sentate under his belt. It's not much, I'll give you that, but it's more than Cain has.
Clinton was impeached for his "morals", by the way. I am not sure where you're going with this argument. If your suggesting that he's not a distraction because Clinton did it, you're wrong because Clinton's situation WAS a distraction and he was impeached for his trouble.
