I think anytime someone kills that many people and there's no doubt that he did it. I think he should be executed immediately. We are feeding an taking care of too many now that we know is guilty.

I don't want to pay for him to sit in prison forever. Watching TV, going to the doctor, and whatever else. He chose to kill...an eye for an eye. If we killed everyone that killed, maybe some would think twice. If we killed them right...most would think twice.

I think there is a judge and a jury. More in charge then I am to decide his fate. I don't know what went wrong in the lives of people who do these terrible things but I believe when they were born at least they innocent that one momment in time.

i hate the death penalty. dollar for dollar, when you pay for all the appeals and lawyers, it's cheaper to let true criminals live their life out in prison. and i think who are we to take another life. it can be easy to make mistakes. yes, this case seems open and shut, but because we can't always be 100% sure, i oppose the death penalty.

"We" are the American people who have decided that the death penalty is the law of the land in 34 states and the US Government and the military. It punishes the murderer and protects prison guards and innocent citizens from being murdered by the murderer.
