Death Penalty Debate - Independence, KS

We need a death penalty and the shooter should be put to death. He didn't care about all of those other people.

People have been wrongfully killed by this disgraceful act. Life goes on? It shouldn't. Sickening.

I am so sick & tired of the killers sitting in prison. Overcrowded, costs a fortune to keep them & feed them etc...... Can U believe They actually not too long ago Ran out of serum or whatever it takes to inject someone that is to be put to death. R U kidding Me. Call My man Dr. Kevorkian or Hey I'll gladly do it. To those who deserve it. How in Gods name is That sicko from Arizona even allowed a trial or even allowed to plead not-guilty???????? It is a cut & dry case & a done deal. No plea bargaining , Your guilty, why waste time & tons of money for a S.of A B. who should have just gotten shot by the cops. How is it they never just point blank shoot a Killer they see shooting & killing innocent people BUT they have no damn problem if The killer is shooting a cop or one of their own. Cops are people just like everyone else. Start treating every case the same & just get it done. This crap has been going on for years & nothing has ever changed. Wake up please make the law strict & don't look back. And send Me the sick bastard who Smiles in every picture & I'll get the job done in a split second.

This man commited a crime, he knew or should have known the consequences prior to his actions. The death penalty is allowed on pre-meditated murder. He should be put to death. He has no one to blame but himself. People must be held accountable for their actions.
