He should get the death penalty. It was premeditated murder, he knew what he was going to do, evn with drugs, pot what ever he was on. He had no reason to murder people he did not know and had done nothing to him. All were innocent people. not life in prison, death,

I could support the Death Penalty only after knowing the mental health history and other extenuating circumstances that may surround the case. The cost to the taxpayers and the difference in moneys for life in prison verses execution would be high on my list of questions as well

i dont think ANYONE should kill. it happens yes i know my father was murdered do i like the guy that killed him NO but its up to God to judge him for what he done. we teach our childen 2 rights dont make a wrong. how is this different? were going to pay the same in taxes if it goes into someones pocket or keeps criminals off the streets. death is for NO ONE to determine on anyone.

Any one who takes another persons life in this manner should die. He did it, we all know he did it, alot of people saw him do this. No question about his guilt. Guilt doesn't have extensions of excuses attached to them. You either did it or not - no excuses. No rehabilitation can help this guy. Do not use good money to keep him alive.

Try him, and after conviction, set appeal date for 180 days from conviction/ sentencing. Upon loss of appeal, carry out penalty that day. Taxpayers' money saved?...Priceless!!!!!!!!!!

I am strongly in favor of ridding the world of this - and other - mass murderers. That sub-human individual who gunned down a pre-teen girl, in addition to the adults, deserves no mercy, and will get none from me. Let these people and their surviving family members be the LAST ones he can ever harm.

I agree, let's rid the world of the US government, the largest mass murderer.

i work in corretions and there are so many of these dirt bags with more rights than you and i have.if they killed more of these child molesters and other dead beats maybe crime would drop instead of fedding them hot meals and giving them cable tv and pampering them.and if these people who cry about executing some one let there son or daughter get raped or killed then they will sing a different tune.
