I blame the Tea Party Republicans, Republican Grover Norquist, and the Republicans in Congress who are afraid of the Tea Party and Grover Norquist. Search; Billionaires bankroll tea party.
The Tea Party has built it's organization around the philosophy of the atheist Ayn Rand. Search; Ayn Rand- Tea Party. Rand despised Christianity and called it a, "sign of weakness in a capitalist society." Search; Ayn Rand- Mike Wallace interviews, video. See and hear the Tea Party Messiah in these videos. Ayn Rand hated Social Security, Medicare, and Unemployment Insurance, and wanted them all abolished. Ayn Rand tells Mike Wallace in these interviews, "I wouldn't feed the poor, if they were starving." Ayn Rand worshipped unsrestricted capitalism and wanted the USA to return to the social and economic conditions of the very early 1900's. If you don't want to go there, with the Tea Party Republicans leading the way, you better speak up. Ayn Rand also inspired Anton Lavey, founder of the Church of Satan and author of the Satanic Bible. Anton Lavey said, "Satanism is just Ayn Rand's philosophy with ceremony and rituals added." Search ; Ayn Rand- Anton Lavey. Search; GOP's Godless Philosopher.

*never-ending spending spree

It's incomprehensible, as you can plainly see.

So called fiscal conservative Republicans spent every dime of the Clinton surplus, gave us all $600.00 back out of the U.S. Treasury. Then went into two wars and borrowed every single copper cent to pay for those wars. Then they gave us the Bush tax cuts and borrowed every single copper penny of the cost of those tax cuts.
If I hired a man to take cvare of my finances and the first thing he did was give away every single cent I had in savings and then in my name borrow a hundred times that much, I certainly wouldn't call him a fiscal conservative.

S&P said uncontrolled spending and debt caused downgrade. Increasing the debt limit just gave them the reason to doubt our country's ability to pay in light of more spending.

Search; Billionaires Bankroll Tea Party
The Tea Party hit the ground fully funded and ready to rumble.
What do the Billionaires want the Tea Party to do for them? The Billionaires want the Tea Party to destroy Social Security, Medicare, and Umnemployment Insurance.
Search; Tea Party Leaders say they want to abolish Social Security, video.
Search; Republican Grover Norquist - "Starve the Beast". Norquist want to brinbg the USA to the verge of economic collapse in order to ge rid of Social Security, Medicare, and Unemployment Insurance.

According to Forbes, the longest recession in American history lasted no more than 16 months. The Bush recession officially ended on June 2009, lasting only 13 months.

On the heels of the fragile recovery by Bush, Obama sent it back into a recession with his crony spendulous bill. We are now in the 36 to 49th month of recession initiated by none other than Obama.

"Go to the website of the National Bureau of Economic Research ( www.nber.org ) to see the complete history of America’s recessions. What that history reveals is that before this last recession, since the Great Depression recessions in America have lasted an average of 10 months, with the longest previously lasting 16 months.

The National Bureau of Economic Research scored the recession as ending in June, 2009. Yet, today, in the 49th month since the recession started, there has still been no real recovery, like recoveries from previous recessions in America.

Unemployment actually rose after June, 2009, and did not fall back down below that level until 18 months later in December, 2010. Instead of a recovery, America has suffered the longest period of unemployment near 9% or above since the Great Depression, under President Obama’s public policy malpractice. Even today, 49 months after the recession started, the U6 unemployment rate counting the unemployed, underemployed and discouraged workers is still 15.2%. And that doesn’t include all the workers who have fled the workforce under Obama’s economic oppression. The unemployment rate with the full measure of discouraged workers is reported at www.shadowstats.com as about 23%, which is depression level unemployment."

It's obvious who's at fault here. Liberals have never been known to be good with spending.

Daily Horoscope for May 23

Leo

You're in a very idealistic mood today, making it almost impossible for you to view loved ones in their true colors. If they've got any faults you won't see them because you'll have blanked them out. This rosy vision of your nearest and dearest is fine if it doesn't last long but it will cause problems if it persists and you continue to brush any problems under the carpet.
