This is a topix that can go on until the end of time. If I wanted to make my vote count, I would vote, and keep my mouth shut. Opinion,s are like @$$h0les, everybody's got one. There are certain subject's like, politic's, religion, that should not be discussed. Just make your vote count, and go about your business.

it's a womans decision to make. religion should not play a part in our laws because not everyone's beliefs are the same.

A woman has a choice. She makes that choice when she lays down with a man and decides to use or not use birth control. After that her choices have been made. It's not the baby's fault that mommy got pregnant again out of carlessness. Why punish the baby for something they had no control over. And yes it hurts them to be ripped apart even when they are very small.. they have a heartbeat the doctor can let you hear by 8 weeks. They are very small humans.

Ladies it's really easy to get your tubes tied and then you never have to worry about it another day. If you already have a child or two and know that you don't want any more talk to your doctor. I had it done. You recover in only a few days and then you never have to worry about being pregnant again. It feels awesome. No stress.

1440 women die everyday trying to give birth to a child. That being said, let me make a couple of points.

If you create a law that says: "all abortions are illegal", you tie a doctors hands in such a way that no matter what the situation, doctors have to worry about going to prison for murder because they made a split second decision trying to save a woman’s life.

Another thing most folks don't think about when it comes to abortion is that many women have miscarriages.

If abortion is illegal and considered a form of murder, every time a woman had a miscarriage, she would have to be investigated (and possibly convicted) for murder.

Because of the facts I just stated abortion should be legal and up to the discretion of a woman and her doctor alone.

If a woman chooses to have a child that her doctor says might very well kill her, that is her decision and her decision alone to make.

No one in a free country has a right to force someone else to do something that might kill them.

Why do you think it's perfectly fine for a woman to kill her unborn fetus and walk away an hour later because it was done in a hospital setting but it's considered murder when someone kills a fetus in a violent act upon a woman?

Because CONservatives are evil people that think woman have no right to their own lives is the short answer.

The long answer?

Sometimes CONservatives pay off enough people that they rig elections.

Often times CONservatives like Rupert Murdoch buy so much media time that their propaganda actually brainwashes simple minded people like you into voting for CONservatives who think that a pregnant woman is two people instead of one.

We Liberals understand that all violence against any peaceful person is wrong, but we also know that a woman who is pregnant is just one person not two.

Some CONservatives have managed to pass stupid and unnecessary "fetus protection" laws.

In some, but not all states, CONservatives have made violence against a pregnant woman which results in the death of her fetus, an act of murder but you tell me:

If a pregnant woman is about to shoot you in the head but I shoot her first, and by shooting her I cause the death of her fetus, am I the evil "murderer" that killed an unborn baby, or am I the hero that prevented some pregnant chick from killing you?

Or should pregnant women be allowed to kill, maim, and torture anyone they want because they have an “innocent”,“separate”, person inside them?

Abortion is a medical procedure where a fetus is removed from a woman’s body.

Removing a fetus from a woman’s body might be needed at any moment in a woman's pregnancy whether she was in an accident, developed some kind of disease, or the fetus shows up with a "666" across it's forehead in a sonogram.

Only the woman with the fetus inside her and her OBGYN has the right to make that decision.

If you aren't taking the risk of dieing that childbirth brings you have no right to tell anyone what to do with their own body.

You apperently have some proems understandig English language. Read post #10 again. If you still don't understand it go back to 3rd grade and start over.

Look at the crime rate drop 20 years after Roe V. Wade. That is a direct correlation.

Keep your pants on - PERIOD - If you are big enough to have sex then you are big enough to be responsible - deal with it on the front end and stop demanding for a second chance by killing a person (isn't that defined in law by DNA??)

Let's say your mother is out at the starlight putting a few away, wearing those too-tight daisy duke jean shorts she loves so much. And let's say on the way to her car some low life smacks her in the head with a fist sized rock, throws her in the back of his rusty old pickup and takes her down by the river. Waiting on them is about five of his closest friends and one by one the rape her while she tries to scream for help. Every time she struggles they hit her hard, busting her up pretty badly, telling her what a dirty sl*t she is. Remember now this is your mother....the woman who gave birth to you. Noone shows up to stop them, noone hears her pleas for help. After they are finished they tell her if she tells a soul they will come to her house and kill her, they kick her in the head until she is unconscious then dump her by the river to die. Luckily she is reported missing and found before hypothermia sets in.

While recovering in the hospital she gets bad news and worse news. She has hepatitis now that she contracted from one of the rapists, and one of them got her pregnant. Due to the beating she took the doctors say that there is a 95% chance the pregnancy will kill her and the baby, and if it is born it will also have hepatitis. Should she have to carry the fetus to term? Should your mother have to be reminded of her horrific attack every day when she wakes up? Will you call your mom a dirty baby killer because she takes a morning after pill or has an abortion? If your god has a plan for that baby couldn't he have put it there some other way? Are you saying god meant for your mother to get beaten and raped? Yes. That is exactly what you are saying. You people make me physically sick.
