Oh my goodness. You are the kind of people who I only hope never have children. Regardless of a whether a childs mind is perfect or challenged does not mean they cannot contribute to society. just because a child could have a possiblity of a form of retardation does not mean they should not have the opportunity to have a chance at life. It's so upsetting to even hear such a thing.
