What about folks who can't even afford a vehicle to carry them to the hospital? Who would pay their hospital bills?...the hospital?

Just dont understand, its easy, people realize theres a difference between politics and religon and they need to be seperated. abortion is obviouslly not a pleasant procedure and nobody likes abortion but it is an individuals decision and sometimes it is the better decision

I don't know anyone who worships Obama or is an Obama follower. I am usually a Democrat and I am a Christian.
Jane, by your reasoning, how can divorcees be Christians and how can liars and flip-floppers be Christian? Do you think that to be a Christian, politicians must try to legislate morality and pass laws according to The King James Version of The Holy Bible and that is all? Where is the freedom of religion? What about all the big government intrusion that "conservatives" gripe about? Should the government install cameras in married couple's bedrooms to make sure they aren't practicing any form of sodomy, or unnatural sex acts, or spilling semen, or fornication, or adultry? How could any Christian sin or mind their own business?

TeaPartyForever wrote: I'd like the names of every woman in Bledsoe who has had an abortion. You'd be surprised! And just why would you like/need the names? In the first place you aren't God! In the second place, it is absolutely none of your business! In the third place, how would this information add to or affect your life? In the fourth place, if you have personally had an abortion, then that is all that is any concern to you! In the fifth place, if you need to be surprised, then learn how to take care of your own business, leave other people's lives to their living and stop being so judgemental! You might actually really be surprised at how much calmer, more peaceful, less stressful your own life could actually be. Might be something to think about!!!!!!!

It's pretty sad that at a time when jobs, the economy, war with Iran, fuel prices, and the housing crisis are the main issues that affect our country right now, women's rights and health care access are the main talking points and legislative forums for the GOP (basically, they want to take away women's rights to make their own choices about their own bodies and health, and deny access to their health coverage). It is also sad that women aren't included in the debates. How do law making men know so much about women's health? I don't think they do, but they just want to keep talking about these wedge issues that have been settled years ago.

And I wonder which is done at a higher rate, abortions or divorces.
Regardless of the rates, I guarantee that divorces, obesity, and adultry are sins that have done more harm to the family unit than abortions and homosexuality ever will!
So why isn't the GOP or Kirk Cameron railing against those sins, punishable by death according to the Bible, as much as homosexuality and abortions?

Please wait...
If a woman is raped, then she should have a choice, but must first consider adoption. Also, if there is a life threatening cause involved, to the child or mother, then she should have a choice.
