Killing a child directly is murder regardless. And that's what happens during an abortion. The victims are human children because their parents are human beings. And since they're killed directly, it's always murder--conviction or not. There's no convictions because it's State sanctioned murder. It doesn't prove it's not murder. Lots of States, present and past, have and do sanction murder. The lack of conviction doesn't prove it's not.
