Yes I have been reading my Bible, that is a daily thing to do. Not everything is a sin, but murder is a sin so that would make abortion a sin because a life is being taken.

This is why abortion is murder which makes it a sin.
Luke 1:15 states that John the Baptist will be "filled with the Holy Spirit, even from his mother's womb", which means that the baby in the womb has a soul for the Holy Spirit to fill.

Well thankfully that's why we have separation of church and state in this country and you just assume everyone is Christian and believe everyone should think, act and feel like you do. Religion is a choice just like abortion if its not for you then accept it and move on. One more thing to think about, if you don't believe abortion is right then don't get one and stop treading on other person's rights with your ideology.

In combat there have been time when civilians have been killed accidentally. That is unavoidable.

Nope actually this is why abortions are murder.

American Bioethics Advisory Commission

When do human beings begin?
‘Scientific’ myths and scientific facts

To begin with, scientifically something very dramatic occurs between the processes of gametogenesis and fertilization - the change from two simple PARTS of a human being, i.e., a sperm and an oocyte (usually referred to as an "ovum" or "egg"), which simply possess "human life" into a new, genetically unique, newly existing, individual, live human BEING, an embryonic single-cell human zygote. That is, parts of a human being have actually been transformed into something very different from what they were before; they have been changed into a single, whole human being. During this process, the sperm and the oocyte cease to exist, and a new human being is produced.

Under the 5th and 14th Amendments to the Constitution every person has the RIGHT to LIFE from the moment of conception.

There are worst things than death.

Having said that I do not see the sense in supporting a murder for the remainder of his or her natural life at taxpayer's expense.

and I do not believe in supporting a child whose parent(s) are rapists or deviant murderers or a child who has multiple mental disabilities and in turn will cost the state and federal taxpayers more money than that inmate has.

And neither do I.

Under the Constitution the Congress CANNOT establish any form of religion or religious activity. The care of the poor, the disabled, widows and orphans is the responsibility of the Church and NOT the government. If someone want to contribute to the care and feeding of the poor, disabled, widows and orphans are free to do so through their church or some other private charity organization. That MUST be a personal choice and NEVER a state mandate.

That's swell. Now let's assume no one wants to contribute to the care and feeding of the poor, disabled, widowed and orphaned.
Are you going to make a law saying that it's the Church's responsibility?
That would be unconstitutional.

So that puts us back to the original question, what are you going to do for these outcasts? Let them die on our sidewalks?

Actually.

We really do not need to.

31“But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. 32“All the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; 33and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left.

“Then the King will say to those on His right,‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.‘For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’“Then the righteous will answer Him,‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink?‘And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You?‘When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’“The King will answer and say to them,‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’

“Then He will also say to those on His left,‘Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels; for I was hungry, and you gave Me nothing to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me nothing to drink; I was a stranger, and you did not invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.’“Then they themselves also will answer,‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not take care of You?’“Then He will answer them,‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’“These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.” Matthew 25: 34-46

Give, and it shall be given unto you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, shall men give into your bosom. Luke 6:38

God rewards those who are obedient to his word and to those who do his will. God will reject those who fail to obey him and who fail to do his will. Those God rejects will suffer the punishment of hell.
