I am a man. Abortion is none of my business, unlike people who breed bastards and brats for Dimuhcrats, like dem pimps an' 'hos date we see on Maury Povich and Jerry Springer TV shows.

I don't think the feds should be sticking their nose in to medical issues. The exception would be late term abortions. I can't see how a self respecting physician can even perform one of those.
I also believe that in this day and age, there is very little if any excuse for unplanned pregnancies or accidents.
Use protection, take pills since you can get them most anywhere or keep your pants/panties on. It's not exactly rocket science.

It's been my theory that we would have a lot more DEMOCRATS if Abortion were legal. They would have more votes at election time. Funny how their policies and beliefs shoot themselves in the foot.

ALL the abortions I know about, have been forgive in church, by Christians... Nice you have your "rhetoric" ready, but until the shiny cross stops sexual advances, like vampires abortions will happen on ALL SIDES OF THE AISLE !

Couldn't have said it better myself except that I would have abortion be legal only to save the life of the mother or as an option in instances of rape on a minor.

It's not exactly rocket science. you would be amazed at how many young women think that oral contraceptives are always 98% effective outside of perfect, laboratory conditions and strictly following dosage guidlines. Skip a day and effectiveness drops.(i'm sure no young college girls would ever skip a day accidentally, huh?) Don't take it at the same time every day and effectiveness drops more.(once again, pretty common among people that age...) Skip one more day that month and now the effectiveness is getting close to chance... Education on proper use of contraceptives would go along way to helping stop unwanted pregnancies.

Santorum says that a pregnancy caused by rape is a gift from god and the women should just tough it out...Nice guy that Santorum.

It didn't stop abortions at all. why would you want to try an already proven dfailed policy?

Criminalizing it does not reduce demand. Educate, inform and teach the youth and the public until every abortion clinic closes from lack of business.

Let us not forget that anti-biotics can also reduce the effectiveness of these drugs. As for the ignorance of the young women, there is at least some blame to lay on the doctors and drug companies for this although in this day and age, young women could easily do their own research before they decide to use birth control. The drug companies are especially at fault with their advertising campaigns that imply that if you use this device or this patch or implant that your life will be rainbows and unicorns.

Funny how their policies and beliefs shoot themselves in the foot. Prohibition never works. Especially in areas that are related to personal choice like drugs, alcohol, pre-marital sex, and of course, abortion.

The woman in Roe v Wade was used like a political pawn by leftist activists abortion lawyers to bring the abortion issue to a liberal activist SCOTUS. She regretted what she did and has been protesting abortion ever since. It will be overturned someday.

You could throw all the money in the world at it and there will still be abortion demand. Abortion should not be used as a form of birth control.
