I am well aware of arguments from both sides. I am aware of the claim that a woman has a right to her body and to remove an unwanted fetus. I am also aware of the claim that to remove the child is murder.

Here is a question that has been plaguing me for some time:

Is there any reason, beyond the abortion debate, to assume that the fetus is not a human being with rights?

If the argument is fabricated to invalidate a claim to human rights, does it really hold water?

If there are other legitimate reasons, please share them.

The right to kill another because that person's existence inconveniences you would release most murderers from prison, including most death row inmates and nearly all mafiosi.

Arguably, the mother's life in danger could fall under self-defense/preservation.

My opinion is that it's a human being from conception. Yes I understand people say women have the right to choose, but that baby didn't ask to be conceived and shouldn't be killed because of a mistake or inconvenience. People have abortions well into their 24th and 25th weeks and still use the argument that it's not a human. Well I have two friends that delivered their "non-human" babies at 23 weeks and 25 weeks and they were living breathing beings. What is the response to that? People can't have it both ways. Everyone has an opinion. I understand that. People who are both for and against abortion should really look up abortion videos and photos. It gives an insight to what is being done other than treating a fetus like a tumor that needs to be removed.
Besides the fact that this point is moot - the Supreme Court has ruled that abortion is legal, women do not have abortions at 23 to 25 weeks. That would never be called an abortion, and I don't think it is legal in any state.

So, when the liberals take over the Supreme Court and rule in favor of pedophilia and incest, does that mean it's ok?

Oh, so if 'the Supreme Court has ruled' then that settles it for all time, never to be discussed again Jeannie? Never to be challenged or fought over?

When you're finished being so arrogantly stupid, go look up the Supreme Court's Dred-Scott ruling.
You will read this:'The Negro has no rights which the white man is bound to respect'.
