"Thou shalt not kill"? I'm guessing your a christian, if thats the case, explain to me how that commandment can be considered valid if in Exodus it tells you to kill certain people?
Also, are you really going to disagree with abortion JUST because of your religion? What if the pregnant woman was raped? Does every woman want to go through with having a rape baby and having to be remembered of what happened every time she looks at the child?

Didn't say if it was a rape, but now days when you are raped the hospital takes care of any chance of pregnancy. Even if you dont go to the hospital there is the morning after pill that will keep the pregnancy from beginning in the first place. Its just wrong to use it as a from of contraception!! as so many do.

No it shouldnt. There are so many ppl who want babies that cant have them.. If u have one and dont want or simply cant provide for it put it up for adoption.

now tell me exactly what chapter and verse you find that Exodus tells us to kill certain people
and in the case of rape, no women dont want extra pain but, in reality no MATTER what they are going to have pain so get help, be healthy mentally deal with what happened, after all the child didnt ask to be "materialized" thru rape but is after all still a child, a life, if they cant handle raising them then let the millions who want and cant have babies do it. However I do believe that the adoptive parent should have knowledge of how to deal with a child that MAY develop problems mentally, as most mental illnesses are hereditarty but CAN be managed and live very productive lives and be good contributers to society, unlike people who just sit and talk smack not having walked in anothers shoes and having no REAL concept of how to live a decent life. A child born from rape needs, and deserves life and happiness just as much as any other. They just may need a "more qualified" set of adoptive parents to know about these issues and how to cope with difficulties. That being said, MY GUESS, without looking at statistics, not ALL rapists have mental illness, some are young men that just have no control or misinterpreted how far the girl wanted to go...(NO EXCUSE WHATSOEVER< just saying facts)
