Abortion Debate - Edwards, NY

It shouldn't matter if someone wants to have one they should! If we didn't have this could you imagine how many people would be in this world? Its a person deicision whether or not they want a child and I don't think they should have to be a parent if they're not ready!

why should we say people can not do something with their own bodies? I dont agree with it or think its something I would ever do but that option should always be available. We live in America where you can do almost anything so why are people trying to take choices and options away from the community?

If someone is not ready to have a baby they shouldn't have to. They'll just end up living off welfare and everything else that everyone around here lives off.

i agree with kelsi robert. although i have different morals when it comes to that. i believe and this only goes for myself unless im raped or in no way can provide for the child it should b born. its their choice though and theres nothing anyone can say or do to change that. thats something they have to do for themselves and the welfare of that child. they will live w that everyday of there lives wondering if that was the right choice or not. some can do it and not care others can not. they need to figure that out on there own although i think the father should have his opinion tooken into consideration even if what he thinks doesnt happen it should still b put out there.

Really is that ur concern wether or not there on welfare...ippl need assistance they need it. Its not about the adult its about the child and u should b able to make that cee.....everyone makes welfare a bad thing. If ur not abusing why not.....and I'm w kelsi and annabelle.....u should b able to do what's best for u. Don't take the option away. Oh ya and seriously is probably on welfare themselves

So what about the people who have to kill someone who has the death penalty are they going to hell to or is that justified. I agree that abortions not the greatest thing but its certainly a better solution then all of the super young girls that get pregnat and end up losing their children or can't support them.

Murder is a sin. It does not matter I it through the means of our legal system or in a doctors office. Only the lord has the right to decide when it is our time to go to the glorious heaven or shameful hell.

R u serious ppl that get abortions probably aren't worried about the fact if heaven or hell is in there future. There not worried about the after life there worried about there future. They're living future. A baby changes everything...not ur fate. Good ppl have abortions too that dosnt mean there destind for hell

I agree I think its more of a sin for someone who knows they can't financially or mentally provide for a child to bring one into the world than for someone to look @ their life & say oh I'm not ready yet ill wait a few years

Abortion is wrong and there is no relevant argument you can make to prove other wise. It is murder.

I don't feel thay in 2010 abstinance is going to work on these kids I honestly think they need that shock value. Not just health class but a sort of reality class where they have to visit sick kids or premies in the nicu or all the babies that are put up for adoptions and don't find homes....its honestly about the knoledge and what these kids do w it we can't just expect them to make the right choices all the time but babies shouldn't be ib the back of there mind it should b right in the front. Of there face. We need to figure out hhow to make these kids make easy decisiions and not hard ones like abortion after the fact. And kids should b talkin to there parents and the parents have to listen and react. Any parent out there just be aware and make ur kids aware. Good luck
