Abortion Debate - Dyersburg, TN

Its against the law to spit on the sidewalk,cant tx and drive,but yet its ok to slaughter a helpless living being, This world just doesnt get it. its ok to sale dope, its ok to drive drunk as long as u ain,t caught!!!!! But they allow abortion clinics to remain open for business, is it any wonder that we as the most prosperous nation in the world and smartest does the most stupid thingz in the free world.

0nly if the mothers lie is in danger! I mean even if a woman is raped she can always give the baby to family or up for adoption! The lord knows each and every one of us before we are ever concieved and he has a purpose for every baby in this world! People get tried for murder every day so why don't these women killing their baby? We wonder what's wrong with America!!!! We kill our own kind now that's the rest of the story!

If my choice was either my life or bringing me baby into the world, I would be mad as heck, if anyone saved me and my baby died, or killed my baby. NOT JUST MAD.

So you think I should die and leave my other kids family and kids knowing that my unborn child will be a angel in heaven and my kids left here on earth should grow up motherless! it's called birth control people! try using it! women are so stupid, and i'm a lady, but i would never get an abortion. i have 3 kids. during pregnancy, they have this test to test whether or not your child will have a birth defect. they can do the test around the 4th month. i did not get that test done with any of my children. when i was pregnant with my son, the dr. was explaining the test to me and he said sometimes the test isn't even fully accurate, so some women probably have an abortion for no reason, just because they THINK that the baby will be deformed. i told my dr. that i don't need that test done because i don't believe in abortion, and he said if abortion is not an option then there's no need to get the test done, since it's not 100 % accurate anyway. the way i see it, even if my child is going to have a defect, GOD makes the decision whether that child will live, not me. if GOD doesn't want the child born, he will simply allow a miscarriage. all 3 of my children were born and still are completely healthy. PRO LIFE. if you can't handle the mere thought of being pregnant, use birth control!

BOTTOM LINE:
It's the woman's choice and NOT yours. She has to live with the decision and not YOU. Do you really believe that if all the legal clinics were closed that abortion would go away??? Abortion has been around long before it was legalized and will be after it becomes illegal. The only difference is the location of the abortion...in a legal clinic OR in some back door, nasty azz room.
I know you woman will say you're just a man making these claims, but, EVERYTHING that was legal and then made illegal still existed. Guns, alcohol, gambling, prositution, drugs.... all are illegal in some form but still exist....

So you think the way u want and I will do the same! Now I have a close friend whom found out she was pregnant for the 4th time and two months into it she started having heart trouble shortly later the doctor told her she was not gonna make it if she delivered so till this day she had a life changing decision and is now raising a cerebal palsy grandkid! Now had she not had the baby removed she would have not been here for the grandbaby or her other kids that needed her as well! Look I didn't say kill babies I said only if the mothers life is on the line! One more question? Do some people live on this forum I see them on every topic darn I have a house to clean a job kids to raise honestly I think a few people are addicted to being nosey busy bodies on here only speaking it the way I see it! That being said, I will put in my two cents for anyone with brains that may be reading this.

The FACTS state that when abortion was made legal, the number of women getting abortions did NOT go up. But the number of women serving them did.

Stop and think. As a woman, do you want a politician telling you what to do with your body?

Imagine for a second that abortion was outlawed and fetuses given rights. What would that intel?

Would a woman who has been ordered on bed rest, but who has another small child and didn't comply, be then arrested and tied to her bed for endangering her unborn child?

Would a women be arrested for smoking while pregnant? Sense that is endangering the fetus's health. What about if she had a sip of wine. Or stood to near the microwave? Changed the cats litter pan?

All of the above risk the unborn child. So would you have all women strapped to beds their whole pregnancy?

Would you have a 12 year old rape victim carry and berth her rapist's child, even though it is dangerous to her life to do so, because her body isn't developed enough? What if her rapist was her father or brother or uncle? It happens all the time.

There are to many "what ifs" to out law it. It would take away to many of a woman's rights to her own body.

I don't agree with abortion, but I also don't agree that anyone should have the power to tell me what to do with my body. I am a living, breathing human being. I don't think anything that depends on my survival to live, should have more rights to my body than me.

I am pro-choice. That does not mean I am pro-abortion. I just believe that abortion is a choice every woman should have. If it is a sin, then that is between her and her god and none of anyone's business.

everyone,say what you will about this, but this is why sex is for married people only! yes there are married couples who don't want children, but i say everything happens for a reason and if a married woman does get pregnant, even if she doesn't want to be, then there is the option of abortion. as far as endangering the mother's life, i really don't have an opinion for that because there are so many factors in that. but this is why GOD intended sex for married people only!

sorry, i typed that wrong. abortion is not an option if the woman simply doesn't want to be pregnant. if a married woman gets pregnant, she should have the baby. i am against abortion 100%. please note in the above post that i did not mean to put abortion is an option. that was a "typo". as far as being raped, i believe the victim should have the baby and give it to someone who wants a baby. a baby is not a choice! it's a human being.

I believe life starts at the time of conception. Abortion is murder.
