Kasganj, UP, May 5 : A local court here has issued non-bailable warrant against 15 people, including the Kasganj district president of Samajwadi Party Vikram Yadav in connection with the gangrape of a Muslim woman on July 8, 2006.

Lucknow, March 27: Four people, including two children, were killed when a fire broke out in their house in an Uttar Pradesh village early Wednesday, police said.
