Should the Oilers trade Hemsky to move to the top of the draft?

It would be too risky to trade up if Hemsky was the bait. With a pick in the top four this year, if you go by the history of the NHL draft, the Edmonton Oilers would have almost a 50 per cent chance of picking up a star player.
