Hey Ted, it`s not illegal to get your meds off the internet, as long is this is the only doctor you have or you tell your other dr. about it. It`s also not illegal to go to florida or any other state in America as long as that is your only dr. I have been thru it with the DEA Ksp narcotics Wva. narcotics the whole crew. They want to bluff you first of all and then when do dont bluff their screwed. The patients going to Portsmouth are also doing nothing wrong as long as this is the only place they are going. The only people who can get in trouble are the doctors for overwriting. This is a bullshit charge, that really is nothing more than a slap on the hand and a fine.

Tell you what DEA sucks you are totally full of it in your post as far as the DEA.Sure anyone can drive to any state they want to,that's their right to do so.BUT when you're caught hauling pills back then that's where the trouble just begins and they don't slap you on the hand and give you a fine either.So if you were supposedly caught as you claim then you wouldn't even be on here posting.The DEA means business and they don't play around on anything with anyone.So there's no bluffing at all with them and when you're caught that's it,no second chance in any way.
Also to inform you that anyone involved in any way with illegal drugs is had.The drug runners,the dealers,the doctors,the owners,the workers at the so-called clinics,the pushers and the users are all had.No one gets off or gets out of it when things go down.As far as going to any state to get drugs the DEA has posted warnings to all of them and to be on the lookout for people coming out of state.No real doctor will send someone from Ohio to Florida or to any other state just to get medicine.That's down right stupid for anyone to think that or to believe it.It's nothing more than a dope dealers excuse,which isn't any good any more either.Better luck next time you try to post any more BS.

Real Drs in this area? hohohohoho.I would fly anywhere to find a dr to fix my back.my wife had to go to columbus to get a good surgen.But not he is retired.I have nothing against a person going out of state to see a dr.I do however would like to line all the people selling drugs up and shoot them.If you need pain med and I agree some do its ok to get it and take it as needed.But the people in it for profit should go to jail.

My husband has a really really bad back, he is in severe pain all the time, but he still refuses to take pain pills. His doctor has tried to give him prescriptions for them, he brings it home and throws it in the trash. He says the side effects are worse than the original pain. There is a place around Columbus, I know some people that have gone there, and had great results from back surgery.Not sure but I'm thinking Albany around Columbus area. You might check it out, wish I knew more to help you.

Ron ,There is a specialist in Huntington at St.Mary's Medical Center on backs and he's had nothing but excellent remarks made about him.You might want to call up there and ask them about seeing him.

Pharmacist code of ethics says that we can deny ANY prescription, no matter what the medicine is, if we have a moral or ethical issue with the prescription. That doesn't mean we destroy the prescription. It just means you go to a different pharmacy. We don't HAVE to fill any prescription we see. Side note:
