The Oakland Press's Pat Caputo questioned whether Red Wings forward Jiri Hudler is really worth $2-3 million on the open market, suggesting that Ken Holland should pass on signing him...And as Hudler could garner a $3.5 million salary, I don't see why Holland shouldn't at least attempt to get a $2-2.5 million deal done.
