Some comebacks in the Kings' 46-year history are so great, so dramatic and so memorable they have instantly recognizable names such as "The Miracle on Manchester" or "The Frenzy on Figueroa." Others were remarkable, too, but have faded into the fog of history.

Their latest project? The 2014 Corvette Stingray WAGON. This is WILD: ...I'm a real sucker for a "whatever happened to ______" kinda story, so this was pretty interesting.

If the names of players and teams that have won the Stanley Cup were perfectly aligned on its barrel, if the task of etching those names for posterity were left to a heartless machine, the Cup would still be distinctive but it would be too perfect, more likely to be admired from afar than embraced.
