Decline in bird sightings causes concern

Full story: The Hindu

RARE BIRD: A Malabar grey hornbill photographed during the bird race. The presence of avifauna with dry lands as their natural habitat is increasing across the State, which points to a possible desertification of large parts of wetlands, according to a report of the Kerala Bird Race-2009 held here on Sunday.

Daily Horoscope for February 10

Virgo

If you fancy a dinner with friends (or even that yummy romantic tryst with your lover), try something a little tasty and exotic. Head out for a new restaurant in a different part of town, just to break the routine of things. If you're cooking at home, aim for something a little more spicy. Wake up your palate and have some stimulating conversation as well.
