Raritan head coach Andrew Petruzzi said the Rockets' topsy-turvy, 41-34, Shore Conference Class A Central win over Manasquan was chocked full of teaching moments. Manasquan scored in the closing minutes and it took the recovery of an onsides kick by Raritan quarterback Riley Sullivan playing on the hands team to finally dismiss the Warriors.

After 15 years residing in a trophy case at Auburn High School, the coveted Taylor Trophy has a new home at Kent-Meridian for the next 12 months. Saturday's 42-39 overtime win at French Field is the first time the Royals have defeated the Trojans since 1999 and puts the series between the two rivals - who have played every season since 1908 - at 50-49-7 in favor of Auburn.
