I lost the love of my life three months ago, ever since then I've had extreme heart palpitations, and I do wonder sometimes if my heart will just give out because the loss happened out of nowhere, and even though its been months I haven't been able to accept it. From a personal point of view, my heart can't take more pain, and I can feel it, very much so physically.

Yes, there is something called "Broken Heart Syndrome". I have felt ill since my lover passed just around Christmas.
