I used to be able to sleep like a baby and the Doc just says it is part of growing older...well that just sucks!
I know if I take a sleeping pill I am fine but really do not like to revert to this all the time.
I know I am a very restless sleeper and recently have tried Tryptophan to see if that helps and I am not sure if it has....
Now I can sleep real great in the middle of the day but have really tried to discontinue that.
Also not doing any computer work before bed, or watching a movie with lots of action...
