Kao's defense of his treatment results is pure Chutzpa, i.e. you kill your mother and father and then plead for mercy from the court because you are an orphan. If results from treatment were all like Kao's results, the treatment would have been abandoned long ago. Kao was not competent to administer this treatment, and he should not have gotten credentials to administer it.
