Gary Smallshaw, who ran Family First Sports Park for nearly two years as chief executive of FFSP LLC, plans to hand over his keys to the park on Monday.

Chad Campbell, 31, has been in the fitness industry since he was 15. Campbell said he started out in fitness assistance at Nautilus in Alton and worked his way up to fitness manager.

For the fourth time, Alton High School will salute its Wall of Fame honorees. The list of recipients once again is a strong one, including successful businessmen, educators and a retired decorated Air Force colonel who was a prisoner of war in Vietnam.

An Alton gym is accused of failing to provide basic care to a man who allegedly suffered a heart attack and collapsed while working out.
