Not to shooking any drug offense in Ohio and you can not obtain a permit. No matter how old or how minor. But if you have multiple dui's no problem you will still get your permit. Of course we do not have medical grass. I got caught at 18 and 21 over 15 years ago and can not get a permit and never will be able to. I have never broken any other law other than a traffic offense. I am now a second class citizen/subject. I work, pay taxs, and have been mugged twice, I really didn't need those teeth anyway (or that $20)

If you want an FAA medical, you just have to check off a box stating that you haven't used pot for two years prior to your first medical application (sec. 18, question "n").

However, any arrest for DUI for your entire life, must be noted on the form if there was an administrative action by DMV, regardless of whether or not there was a conviction on the DUI.

FAA yes CCW nope I can never get it. At least without a lawer and a lot of $$$$$$$$$$
