Nobody within the EU wishes to raise such issues against Greece. FYROM leaders are pittoresque puppets of american neoconservatism that have certain difficulties to understand that they are becoming isolated from reality day by day. I really feel sorry for the people who has such immature and unexperienced leaders.

A Frenchman the biggest Macedonian Patriot?

"Robyn Poupel, among many things, calls on Greece to stop their lies because, as he says, there were thousands of facts that Alexander the Great was not Greek, rather Macedonian. He continues to say that Greece has absolute hatred towards Macedonia and its Macedonian minority within Greek borders, and this will not change. Robyn stresses on numerous places that Ancient Macedonians had nothing to do with Ancient Greeks, had different language and culture."

Aegean Macedonia.........is a FYROMacedonian Slav nationalist term used to refer to the region of Macedonia in Greece, in the context of a United Macedonia.
The origins of the term seem to be rooted in the 1940s but its modern usage is widely considered ambiguous and irredentist.

The term has occasionally appeared on maps circulated in the FYROM, which envisioned Greek Macedonia (referred to as "Aegean Macedonia") as part of a "Greater Macedonia", and is regarded as a challenge of of the legitimacy of Greek sovereignity over the area.

Eugene Borza:

"During medieval and modem times, Macedonia was known as a Balkan region inhabited by ethnic Greeks, Albanians, Vlachs, Serbs, Bulgarians, Jews, and Turks."

Macedonia is a geographical region like Europe, the Balkans or Scandinavia. All people inhabiting modern Macedonia are equally and evidently Macedonians regardless of ethnicity, race, religion, language etc.
The modern region of Macedonia is much larger than the ancient kingdom of Macedon, one of the many ancient Hellenic and Hellenistic state entities. On the contrary, modern Macedonia is ethnically, culturally and linguistically diverse.
There are three Macedonian subregions: Greek (or Aegean) Macedonia, North (or Vardar) Macedonia and the Blagoevgrad province (Bulgarian or Pirin Macedonia).
The major ethnicities of modern Macedonians include ethnic Greeks (more than half of the population in the whole region), Slav Macedonians or Makedonci (around 20-25%), Albanians (around 10%), Bulgarians (around 10%).

Regarding the FYROM/"Republic of Macedonia"

Give the West to the Albanians-Kosovars
Give the East BACK to Bulgaria
Give the Middle BACK to Serbia.

These people are the rightful owners of those regions. Greece has no claims to any of those territories. The following article shows this.

http://query.nytimes.com/gst/abstract.html ...

Greece has Salonika/Thessaloniki, and the surrounding areas...so their historical claims to the region is complete.

It is the Albanians, Serbs and Bulgarians that have rightfull claims now to the remaining region that is confided to the FYROM/"Republic of Macedonia".

End of Story

Milososki asks for a "Reasonable" deal with Greece:

http://www.balkaninsight.com/en/main/news/122...

WOW!!! Looks like there is a change of tune, huh?!?!?

Mr Milososki wants a "reasonable deal" with Athens now? NO MORE EXPANSIONISTIC IDEAS? WHY THE CHANGE OF HEART!?!?!

What happened? Did the US Ambassador tell you to STFU with the "Macedonian Minorities" letters that Mr Gruevski was sending to everyone everywhere? Could it be that all of a sudden the ALBANIAN POPULATIONS and the BULGARIAN LANGUAGE issues became an even BIGGER factor now?

I say let the thieves of history (Greek), religion (Serbian) and Language (Bulgarians rot.

Considering that more and more Albanians are entering the country, and that more are leaving to become BULGARIAN AGAIN, I say

DON'T AGREE TO ANYTHING NOW.

Let the pressure get so big, that the nation implodes and the region goes back to Albania and Bulgaria....their RIGHTFULL owners.

........."reasonable deal".....what a joke this Mr Milososki is now.

Let the BEGGING TO GREECE BEGIN!

Perhaps some of them should turn themselves over to the authorities to be prosecuted for war crimes.

I suspect that this is the major reason why they never took Greece to court...they would have been arrested for committing atrocities.
