Vartanian case one of 'he said, she said' Vartanian case one of 'he said, she said' Fresno businessman Krikor "Kirk" Vartanian, facing assault and domestic violence charges, argued with his wife but never hit her or threatened her with a knife, Vartanian's lawyer said Tuesday.
