It not the the Uganda 's faults, it Congolese government faults who can 't take care on it own peoples.
It just to saw the world that Congolese are so wick, can 't defend themself, just pretending about the resourcis but it not.
Any rich country in this world can not be like Congo ( alias Kinshasa )
Shame on the Congolese leaders.
