This is a project we should all support for several reasons.
1. It makes good economic sense.
2. It is a big support for a new democracy of South Sudan.
3. Development is good for Africa and for the World. This will help businesses grow, and soem jobs will be created along the road.
4. Finance should not be a problem: Uganda and South Sudan Leaders are good friends and they are both progressive guys. Uganda govt should contribute 30%, S. Sudan 20% and the well wishers (NGOs and Foreign Aid 20%) and the remaining 30% should be paid by taxing the regular users via toll booths.

Daily Horoscope for June 3

Sagittarius

You're in the mood to spend today, especially on the spur of the moment. Be careful if you can't afford to make any impulse purchases, because a lack of cash won't stop you! If you do decide to splash out on something, you may be disappointed when you get it home and you might even decide to take it back.
