When Verwoerd and VOrster thumbed their noses at the UN and the world, you white S Africans were warned of the consequences, but you arrogantly believed you could go it alone. It is too late now to demand UN protections. Your group is a white apartheid group. There is no protection under the UN charter for your group. None.

America, Canada, the UK, India, and many other countries have affirmative action programs and have had them for decades and they are constitutional and comform to UN declarations and international law. If as you so often love to state: All the troubles in Southern Africa are as a result of the evil greedy white man and apartheid (I do agree with you that apartheid was an abomination) in South Africa why then do the refugees of Zimbabwe foolishly flock into South Africa which is the “newest” country to get rid of European white racist rule?
Why not to the older independent countries like Angola, Zambia, Mozambique, Democratic Republic of Congo? After all, they gained independence from the evil whites long before South Africa and therefore must be a far better bet for freedom and safety than South Africa is right now. Still in the throes of post apartheid rule and struggling to correct the past injustices. Why do almost all these refugees burden the new South African government but not other older, more stable neighboring countries?
And why do all the "refugees" from Apartheid all seem to flock to European ruled countries.
