FEMA: US evacuations may be required for Earl

If evacuations are required, we will see if the arm chair quarterbacks who biatched about the less than wealthy New Orleans residents who were unable to flee Katrina, will leave their humble abodes as mandated. Some people's perspectives change when they are directed to leave all earthly possessions behind for looters and strangers to examine or steal. In emergency situations some people find themselves lacking the funds or physically unable to relocate at a moments notice. Most predicted disasters are perceived as overblown in the eyes of the beerholders.
