It is partially true...but the key or in my opinion is that few countries including USA until the Vietnam war ended in1975 had a clue how to deal with an enemy or a country whose leaders deemed a life is worthless and if there is any, it is worth no more than a piece of chicken leg. Backy Hanoi had 2 million lives to spare, do you have that much to spare?

Hanoi had more than 2 million lives to waste that was one of the reason they could prolong the war until the USA was worn down.. For this reason, It is a war which the USA won almost single battle but they lost the war when the USA did not have to gut to occupy Hanoi.
